UX, In-app, and More

Guiding people through processes in an app can get convoluted quickly. There are always space and character limitations to work around, and making as few clicks or taps as possible for screens is a must.

Shortly after joining Lifesum as the copywriter on the marketing team, I took over control of the UX copy team. After a few months, we hired another UX writer, whom I trained and managed, overseeing her work and spearheading larger projects, such as redeveloping welcome and Premium upgrade flows.

Additionally, we made plenty of in-app messaging content and push notifications to keep people in the app with signing up for Premium as our main goal.
